We can see all as it was before. Nice place to walk in spring or in autum. Not recomended in summer when is very hot wheather. Explore it slowly to eanjoy as much as posibille the history and the wonder of this place.

From the traditional Transylvanian gates in massive wood with patterns several centuries old if not more to the astonishing houses and devices, some going back to primitive times, this museum will make you dream. I spent there almost a day, waking, taking a sun bath on the theater , having lunch at the local rustic restaurant.. It was wonderful!

This is the best collection of village houses in Romania, combined with some mills and other village specific buildings and tools. They have helpful guides. In Winter the scenery is white perfection. In Summer it's wonderful for a picnic.

The best of its kind in Romania and better than others I've seen, few countries actually have similar ones! You would need a guide to learn about the architecture, which people were living there and stories behind it, otherwise it is just a nice to see and take pictures of!

Very nice exhibition. Large number of different houses. We took the row boat for a relaxing sail on the lake.
