It's located in the old city center in Brasov, to me it's one of the best: very beautiful, simple Romanian church. Beautiful surroundings. Important historically as you'll find the first Romanian school on the premises. Try to ignore gypsy beggars but I find there aren't too many there. One of my top picks in Brasov.

I've been there on a sunny day, the St. Nicholas church is by the Union Square (Piata Unirii) and in the same court as The First Romanian School. You have a quite large green space around, a lot of Romanians and a lot of history to learn.
