...that what must have been a wonderful place is a ruin now. You can go inside and still feel what it must have been like when it was still open. If you walk past the casino then it is worth taking a peek, but it's an ambivalent experience.

The Casino is the symbol of Constanta but unfortunately has fallen victim to money troubles and political interests and it is now in a poor state

The symbol of Constanta is now a big desillusion. Broken windows, mustiness walls. That is a pity for this superb building. Anyway you must see this arhitectonical masterpiece.

Fantastic art neuveaux building that has gracefully decayed. I'm sure that it would need a ton of money to reopen but it would be such a feather in the cap of the city if they did! The promenade is a lovely walk along the waterfront. Go, buy an ice cream and talk a lazy evening stroll to enjoy the sound...

I was here lots of times, I even had lunch some 20 years ago in it. Now? almost a ruin, a reminder of the good times when rich people came here to gamble and have fun. It seems though thet starting this year, it will be restaured.

This is not a casino you go into and gamble, it is an art nouveaux building whisch is falling apart, you can jiust look and take oictures, and hope someday, they will fix it up.
