Very good decoration all along. very refreshing air. I had an 11 KM walk across almost all the corniche and I felt to good about it.

the corniche was not well maintained, lots of dirt lying around, but well a walk on. the views of the med are awesome. felt very safe and nobody harrases you

walk and walk and walk seems that has no end good weather and sun and view but to cross the road to take some thing to drink it is risky ( cross 1o lane street with minimum velocity 80 km/ h there are under ground tunnels but every 1 km or more ) bring your drinks and snacks before starting... it is good to walk at the side of the sea seems no end for your walk but the resturant on the other side of the street to reach you have to cross

just try once to walk from the beginning at Al montazah and see where you can end up at. the sea view along the whole corniche is just amazing except at the Miami part there are some road fixes are going on

Driving on the corniche gives you great views of the city. You get a better feel for the city. It was very enjoyable.

If you fancy a walk by the side of a 10 lane highway this is for you. Noisy, filthy, stray cats in abundance and hostile locals. Stay in the car.

Alexandria corniche is the best place to walk and talk tih a friend, very warm as you will feel walking seeing a lot of faces, very cold in Winter, perfect in Summer but pay attention for humidity.... Can't go to Alex witout walking along the beautiful corniche
