definitely worth a visit. we took a day trip and this was one of the sights we saw a lovely imposing building

Great history, but you cannot enter the prayer area. Not like other mosques I have seen. Interesting but not worth the entry fee now 4 Dinar

Great to see the workmanship and quality of build. Amazing the architecture. To see to old wick flooring was strange. Great shopping to be had around the mosque. Great coffee to be had at the beach near the mosque. Also you have the chance to go on a boat trip just a little away from mosque

the peace and quiet, found it easy to find,in the Medina right in the center

The mosque is beautiful. Even though we were tourists, we entered the mosque at prayer time (we are Muslim) and didn't have to pay. Not sure on the tourist rates are. The mosque is very big and was very busy when we went as there was some sort of special gathering
