i was there iam from germany but i never saw this kind of place it is so nice when you are there to visit it it is a new feeling when you are there and you see the ceromony you feel proud of your self and the country. I prefer Pakistan. more

Seeing the ceremony at Wagah border is a fascinating cultural experience. Several have written on it here, so I won't elaborate further, except to note for tourist women-- do bring a scarf or dupatta with you to this event as they do ask women to cover their heads. more

I was in Lahore and decided to drive to the Indo/Pak border. It was well worth it. The area has been developed in recent years so people can enjoy the ceremony. Both sides have stadium seats. I recommend it to everyone. Tickets are very cheap about RS10/person. more

I was at the border in March 2006 for the daily flag lowering ceremony - it was such fun !! I am sure at least 1000 people were there on the Indian side (I was on the Indian side) and sligtly less on the pakistani side ...it was an atmosphere of Carnival - they played "Bhangra" music on thie Indian... more

i have been to the wagah border it was a good experience.as i stay in hyderabad i went all the way to the wagah brder.it was a greate thing which i had seen in my life iover all it has been a good trip and a golden moment of my life.the border is so good.and the flag ceremony is excellent.i... more
