If you are in Luang Prabang, this waterfall is a must-see/do. It was one of the highlights of Laos. I went in May 2012. Even though it was still dry season the waterfalls were amazing. They cascaded into pools of blue-green water.
There was a big rope swing at one of the pools. Really fun. Be careful when walking on...

Beautiful milky, aqua blue pools like something out of a fairytale! The water freezzing but refreshing once you get used to it. What when you're swimming as there are large submerged rocks in the pools where my partner lost his toenail after painfully swimming into it!
We arrived by rickshaw along with other tourists we met on the street (a drive of approximately 20 km) Do not miss the bear conservation center at the entrance to the park. You can bathe in cold and refreshing waterץ

These are a must see, some of the most beautiful waterfalls I've seen, the water is amazing and the swing fun, do it!

The scenery was really great to see at your own pace, except for this military gathering of locals learning how...

Not far out of town, a nice park, I sure the waterfall would be spectacular in the wet season, we were there at the end of the dry season and it was still a great place to visit with plenty of water going over the various levels of the waterfalls.
