Run efficiently, needs to be booked ahead online. Would have been better view on a clearer day, if there is such a thing in Dubai. Of course a must do while you are there.

Crealy scenic... Wonderful view and a real experience by itself totally astounding ; you wouldn't imagine how a simple elevator may become an experience.
