I love museum, and I visited many museum in the past. The Dubai museum is something different. I do expect I can see the dates tree inside of the museum. From this diorama I can learn on how the date cultivate, and how to treat dates. When you enter the museum, the display of the ancient Dubai's wooden boat and... More

At first sight when you enter it doesn't appeal oneself. A 3 Dhs ticket and as you walk through each and every section will only keep you amazed at the style of presentation. The entire museum is underground and very neatly presented with detailed life of early Dubai era.The final compliment is the sovenier shop at the basement and its... More

The museum is situated within and below the Dubai Fort, and admission costs about 70p. Well worth a visit to see the history of Dubai and its people. Many coach trips visit the fort/museum so it can get busy.

It is a nice museum with lots of information about Dubai & the entrance is quite cheap just AED 3 for a person. But the problem is that its very congested if you visit during morning hours as lots of tourist in groups are there.

Dubai Museum is a small museum. The exhibits are displayed well. But there is not much to see in it except few displays on dessert life, dessert animals and some archeological finds. Nevertheless worth seeing if you'd like to know about history of Dubai.

with everything so much larger than life this museum was a let down. As one enters there are a couple of dows(boats) on display. On the left so small replica of houses of bygone days are displays. On the right is a building which displays progress of dubai from the 1960's onwards on board or LCD displays that are not... More
