I have studied spanish in a number of schools in various countries from Guatemala, Peru and Bolivia. I was satisfied with all my schools, but Me Gusta Spanish school was hands down the best! I studied with Fernando and he always had some interesting activities for each grammatical point.. A very knowledgeable and fun teacher. I truly enjoyed the family-like... More

After 4 months in SA, 2 of it spent in a big school in Buenos Aires, and hearing a great deal from other travelers about their experiences in other schools, I was impressed by the individual attention I received at Me gusta for a more than competitive price. The classes are generally small, which means you'll have a great deal... More

I completed 3 weeks of lessons at Me Gusta Spanish School last year. Fernando and Ely are an amazing team and I had the best time learning with them. Heading to the markets, having cooking nights, visiting the interesting and famous hat factory and completing a home stay all made learning easy and fun. If you are traveling through South... More

We very much enjoyed our lessons at Me Gusta. We spent 8 days of private lessons (a couple), 4 hours a day. Initially, we thought this would be too intense for us, but on reflection it was the ideal amount of time. Each 4 hour session was structured in two parts, grammar in the first part and conversation/external activity/natural environment... More

As with any language lessons, learning new material takes a few days to get going, but in this case, I really learned an unbelievable amount after the 2nd or 3rd day of classes. Teachers are patient, and understanding of how you are learning, and respond to your requests to work on certain things too. Very flexible, very relaxed environment. Highly... More

After studying nearly 12 months in various language schools in England, France, Switzerland, Perú and Bolivia, “Me Gusta“ might well be the school I liked most. Not only do I have the feeling to have learned most here in a relatively short period, but I also adored my teachers and the host family I stayed with ... and Sucre in... More

We initially were only going to have 4 days of lessons, but we enjoyed it so much that stayed for 2 weeks! We had Coco as our teacher and he was excellent. He pitched the lesson at exactly the right level and pace for the two of us and maintained an excellent balance between theory and practical. we even went... More

We took lessons for 7 days, 4 hours a day and we loved it! We started from scratch and our teacher Vincente was really patient. Ely arranged a wonderful homestay for us. We can really recommend staying at a local family. Besides the superb classes we enjoyed the cookingclass and the football (soccer) match. We even played football ourselves after... More

Spent 2 weeks studying Spanish with Ely and Fernando and they are quite simply some of the loveliest and most helpful people I've met. Their school is new and therefore quite small but this creates a really homely atmosphere. The lessons are interesting and varied, as are the other activities they offer both within and outside of the lessons. Would... More
