Beautiful surroundings. Lots to do with families, excellent for camping, walking, biking. Well maintained.

It's easy to get to and very tranquil. Bring your mountain bike and a helmet.

This is a great area to camp and mountain bike, you have a variety of skill levels in the trail system. Weekends can be busy but during the week it is very nice!

My first impression of this park was not good. It is difficult to find and signage is poor from expressway. The entrance to park is long and full of potholes. This is the first time we have visited this state park in MI. It is a bit out of the way, sort of hidden. It is a very large park, with long winding drives into and around the park. Access to the Kalamazoo River, and 3 inland lakes. Two of the lakes are for fishing-I believe no motors are allowed.... More
