This is the Centre Point of Asia Continent. However, my friend and I was the only visitor to the place on that day. There is no shop selling gifts. No food stall and no explanation regarding the place.

We visited the place in May 2008 and although it was off the beaten path, it was worth the scenic drive there from Urumqi city. The structure which marked the geographical centre of the Asian continent is beautifully designed and surrounding the structure are descriptions of all the Asian countries. Our driver missed the main road leading to the structure...
