This was a reily good trip and very informative,Well worth going to see. The inside of the monastry was breath taking and is well worth the coach ride .........

You need to be extremely physically fit for this one. The trip was not explained enough. You walk for hours in extreme temperatures and climb 750 steps each way over rugged rocks and very rugged terrain. You must have the right clothing and footwear for this one and be able to endure the change in altitude!!!
