It is nice little historic building made of wood but lacks upkeep and the area around lacks any religious flavor with couples posing around the trees and vendors following you everywhere to make a kill.

There can be a huge crowd to visit temple and you have to wait for a long time.The place is very peaceful and green.The temple is ancient and a nice place to visit.You can click photos wearing the traditional clothes and also while holding rabbits (for which you have to pay).The road to the temple is also nice.You can easily... Tall trees resemble gaints(remember Ghatotkacha-Hidimbas son) .There is lot of commercial activity around this place - scarfs,shawls, plaques and himachal costumes for pics,some activity for sporting kids and yeah- himachal chingu.(not to buy,just bhasan suno)

One of the sacred place of Manali. There are various things to offer. Mostly for the Photo sessions. You can have pictures taken with the traditional Himachali dress, Pictures on a Yack. Religious place with scenic beauty. you will enjoy the greenery of the place & will have a peace of mind. near to temple a small market where local dress, rabbits, yak are available at reasonable rates to make your journey memorable. Very friendly & cooperative local people n always ready to help you.

The place around is great to click lots of snaps. Ought to make a trip here. its very serene besides the scenic views around and lots of pine trips.

The scenerary around the temple was very good .It had a pictures look.You should try Aloo chat at the the food stall which was excellently prepared.The local women offers a Rabbit to hold in your hand for a photo at a nominal charge of Rs.10 or Rs.20 per photo.
