Not kept up, this square is full of hawkers selling goods, and it is hard to stop t take a photo without someone coming up to sell you something. It is littered with trash. If you are staying in Cochin, then go take a quick visit, but it is not a highlight.

If you like just hanging out near marine area, or like to just sit simply or think, then this kind of area will be for you. This sea side area, is just for hanging out, and for roaming around on a lazy day. There are some historical places nearby, but we couldn't locate it.

Great place for History hunters! Can get a real feel of old Fort Kochi - where the Portugese, The Dutch & British lived. They left behind a rich culture, great architecture and some delicious recipes.

Every town should have a focal point to attract residents and tourists alike, by day and by night. However, this unkempt piece of real estate is dirty, dreary, and disappointing. So sad.

This is near the beach front area, so we sort of stumbled across it during a walk to the beach. Worth a look to see the nearby fishermen etc and the local tradespeople. Lots of rubbish in the area, and not well maintained, but still okay to stroll around.
