Gorgeous fort, well-maintained. Much to see and the view is stunning. It's funny how many people wanted to take pictures of us...is that typical? We think anyone visiting Rajasthan should make time to go to Jodhpur

Did I mention that this Fort is massive!? It literally dominated the skyline over Jodhpur. Be prepared to spend the better part of the day touring within the Fort. Rent the audio guide, it is worth every rupee! To realize that this massive Fort was actually being used as little as 30 years ago is mind blowing. A MUST experience!

We saw several forts and palaces whilst in India, and this one stood out by a mile. The presentation was excellent with various demonstrations going on through the visit, making the whole experience more interesting. Audio tour was excellent.

The sheer size of the fort is awe inspiring. Though the crowd outside was not well controlled, but a visit to this place is a must.

Took the audio tour, probably the right choice for the expanse of this fort. However, from experience taking a local guide allows you to get some behind the scenes view of places that you otherwise would have missed! The cafe after stop 6 on the audio tour (of course you aren't told about the cafe until you are on your... More

A highlight of our visit to Rajasthan. Nothing can prepare you for this fort. It is stunning. The art collection has to be seen to be believed. An audio guide is a must.
