nice place and nice view very clean and the mist was excellent but take food with yourself because no good quality food available thats all

We took a forest dept run jeep which drove us through forest roads and the weather was very nice cool but no rains. We enjoyed the thick forest, trees small water streams and finally reached a lake. It was very scenic and I heard the film Deiva Magazh was shot at this location Avalanche.

I visited the avalanche last year, it is quite amazing place.... there is no words to explain how the placelooks like, we must go and feel it...
The ride is good. It is a 2 hrs trip from the starting point and back. The journey was bumby but the scenery was good. At the end, the lake and the view is amazing. It was worth the bumby ride. On the downside, you need to pay 150 per head for a shared van. Only 6 trips a day.... More
