One must visit Taj Mahal atleast once in his lifetime. It is the only place where you can understand the capability & capacity of our ancestors. It is very difficult to express the beauty & art in words. Carry camera along with you. Spend whole day there to experience different picture of Taj at various day timings. more

when we see Taj, most of us say ' wah Taj. but when we look around we see the bad infrastructure in terms of roads, good hotels to eat, cleanliness, improper transport. Govt of India should see to it that these things are improved and when one visits Taj, they also say ' Wah India' Thank you more

Go early before the crowds and with luck you will have an uninterrupted view from the archway opposite, frame the Taj through the archway and capture the essence of the Mughal Empire in all its magnificence. more

The Taj Mahal was far more luminous and amazing that I expected from photographs. It has an unearthly quality that one can only appreciate in person. It is almost floating, so ethereal. I would avoid the shops outside the gate, as they are rumored to sell fake marble that disintegrates. The further away you get from the site, the cheaper... more
