Did the Bintang Bike tours from Kintamani through many villages & ended up somewhere I'm not sure!! I found it totally amazing! Our guide was very informative & I hung back & had an interesting chat with him. The views & sights were unreal including the stunning view from the restaurant where the trip started (& great fried banana :)... more

Although I an 67 years of age and my wife a little bit younger! we thouroughly enjoyed this experience and certaimly learned a lt about the real Bali. We were picked up at 6.30 in the morning and driven through interesting towns and villages to the volcano where we enjoyed breakfast on a spectacular terrace. After this we drove to... more

Nice, relaxing downhill biking tour of some of the rural villages (banjars) near Ubud - something that would have been difficult to experience had I not taken the Baik tour. The tour begins at a coffee plantation (which was so-so). They really tried to sell us on the gift shop there. We then had a good breakfast near Mount Batur... more

In early March my wife and I ,in our fifties, stayed at the Saren Indah Hotel Ubud.An excellent, very clean budget hotel. We spent a day with Bali Baik cycling tour. Eight of us in total. A lovely breakfast overlooking Mount Batur then the bicycle ride which included coffee plantation, rice paddy study and explanation of Balinese spiritual beliefs and... more

A well run bike experiencein Bali with guides who are knowledgable and friendly. We started withbreakfast at the volcano and then to a coffee plantation and xotic fruit growing farm. My family had loads of fun thrashing rice in the paddies and rolling through the tiny villagesthat you never see when in a car or bus. Plenty of cold water... more

This was our best day in Bali. Made and Jiwa picked us up at our hotel at 7:45 am. We went to a coffee/cacao plantation which was beautiful. I paid $55 for 100grams of Lawak Coffee that they produced at the plantation. If you buy this coffee, take it out of the packaging. Mine was confiscated by the Customs people... more

We recently took this bike tour while in Bali in Jan 2009 We very much enjoyed the day. The bike riding was great. It was pretty easy cruising with a few small hills. Fine for any level of cyclist. The guides where very helpful and knowledgeable. The lunch at the owners compound was spectacular. The one area we didn't enjoy... more

We took a half day bike tour down from the Volcano and very much enjoyed the unique perspective that a bycycle ride through quiet village life gives you. The organisation and logistics were fine and the visits to sights/attractions (coffee plantation, rice fields & workers, temples) were all well considered, timed and organised. The stop for lunch at the owners 'house'... more

We went with Bike-Baik for a cycling tour and are glad we did. This is the ONLY Balinese-owned and fully Balinese-staffed biking tour operator on the island and they offer a combination of cultural insights and cycling all in one package. If you are looking for heart-stopping, dare-devil cycling, this is NOT your tour company. Instead, Bike-Baik provides wonderful, moderately... more
