Good selection of classical Balinese style paintings, with good explanations, as well as more modern work. Very impressive exhibit of kerises with good interpretation.

I think this is the best gallery in Ubud. Well laid out.

Excellent Balinese art - very well curated in several buildings set in a superb, terraced garden. Great value including a welcome icy drink at cafe before leaving. A calming but energising place.

Well worth a visit - beautiful buildings and very interesting exhibits

In the middle of almost nowhere in Ubud, Bali, is this large art gallery which shows off local (and imported) talent. A walk through in about an hour will give one a very good appreciation of the beautiful artwork from local artists. I suggest you visit numerous top quality galleries after your visit to Neka - not before.

There are a ton of different art alleries, art museums etc. in Ubud. But this is clearly the best one to get an overview of the development of paintingstyles in course of time in Bali. Also, the building and surroundings are quite nice. The museum is a bit far out of central Ubud, but I'd still recommend all Ubud visitors... More

Good collection, in hot mornings and afternoon, it is better to call a taxi to go there even you are in the center of Ubud.

I liked the contemporary art and Arie Smit rooms the best.
