Good 8 min video to start and then interesting museum that makes you appreciate the island much more. There are many statues around the island of the Haenyeo and this museum helps educate you about them. Entrance fee, but inexpensive.

This museum has been done so well and with a great tribute to the women divers. We learnt a lot about these women and have a great admiration for them. Well worth a visit

We may know a lot of things about culture, life-style and regional characters of Jeju in this museum. It has also very wide park and experience site so can be very good to enjoy with children. If you are women or man, either case you will be surprised and proud, to see the courage and dedication of Jeju women divers. This museum is dedicates to history of women divers and their success and spread worldwide.
Overall museum is average compared to other museum, but what it makes stand out is unique concept everything is build on....

A country is evaluated by its culture and only in a province of Jeju in South Korea that we visited many many museum. They are about arts, life and musics. This museum is to introduce the life of the divers in Haenyeo. Very interesting to see the divers reanimated in small scenes very real. The tour guide here could speak...
