Better to go in the latter part of day about 4.30 as cooler or else bring an umbrella or strong sun block if dont like strolling around in the sun. Our one and only trip during our lazy 10 day stay in Hia Hin was to Mrigadayavan Palace built by King Rama VI. It was a really hot day (38m degrees C) and a fair bit of walking is involved.
