I have to say that the cooking course was one of my favourite days of our honeymoon! We were picked up from our hotel in the morning with two other people and then Beau took us to a proper Thai market for the food- which was just fascinating! She explain what each ingredient was and what it tastes like and... More

Everything from the reservation of the class to being picked up and dropped off for the day was smooth and well organized. The trip starts off with a visit to the market. For those who are not familiar with Thai ingredients, this is a great opportunity to get to know them. The cooking demonstration was easy to follow. You get... More

I investigated Thai Cooking Course to take tour groups there in the future. The venue was a wonderful surprise. Lovely open plan home set in a beautiful, lush garden with ample space. I did not do the actually cooking but I am very satisfied with the proposed classes and recipes. I am looking forward to meeting again with Beau and... More

Had a great time visiting the market to shop for all the ingredients. Beau is great at what she does. Makes the whole process easy and informative. The food was tasty too. I highly recommend all to check this out.

A very good cooking course starting at the market where we bought al the ingredients. Then heading home to Beau's house where we were taught to make chicken green curry, tom yang goong, phad thai and mango with sticky rice. All tasted really good and were easy to cook after Beau's instruction. We recommend this course to everybody that like... More

My wife and I made no mistake on doing this cooking course and was actually one of the best days we had during our stay in Thailand during March 2012. It is a MUST for anybody who is sick of going out in their home country, looking for real Thai food and getting something dulled down to appease the masses.... More

We spotted this cooking course in the Lonely planet guide and booked up once we got to Hua Hin. Our cook and guide for the market was Bo. She picked us up from our Hotel and took us to the market where we bought all of our ingredients. My wife and I learnt a lot about Thai food and saw... More

We were picked up at our guesthouse. First stop: a big, chaotic, wonderful market. Beau walked through with us and taught us about ingredients as we picked up supplies. Then on to the cozy Thai-style home with an open kitchen and inviting courtyard. We cooked four dishes. Lots of good information. Received a nice workbook to take notes. More food... More

We had a great experience with Beau who was charming, attentive and a great cook to boot! The fact that its about 35% cheaper than similar courses offered at hotels definetely helped. If you are interested in Thai cooking, this is a must-try when in Hua Hin.

I went on the cookery course that the Centara Grand Hotel runs. We cooked on tables with gas burners outside the Salathai restaurant by the Villas pool. It's great fun and if you are so inclined go for it. We did a visit to the local market and then got cooking. We cooked and ate 5 dishes over the course... More
