This is another must when visiting Antalya. If you are and art lover and you enjoy history, then apart 5 hours of your agenda to visit this amazing museum with tons and tons of arqueological remails in great form.

Great Statues - good documentation. Very clean and modern WC. Good terrace cafe. Must See. Photography encouraged but Flash is NOT Encouraged. Lighting works well for natural light.

This museum was a great surprise as we didn't expect such a collection of ancient statues and artifacts on display there. Wonderful display of sculptures rescued from Perge etc. Very interesting place and you need a few hours to take it all in.

After a holiday that included trips to Perge, Aspendos, Termessos and Karain cave this museum brought it all together. Before coming to the museum we learnt about the sites and caves as well as the stories of artifacts and excavations, and it was great to finally see all of this in the museum. prehistoric,hellenistical,roman and classical ottoman...they have everything in there.spare at least one hour maybe more and you can sea beautiful statues of alexander the great roman emp.s and greek gods,godesses.
