Major restoration programme means closed for a while
This mosque was under construction when we visited but we still enjoyed going there nonetheless.
The Green Mosque´s interior and some of the area outside is currently undergoing restoration (December 2011), but the quality of the building and the site is still captivating; lots of photo opportunities.
