I visited Marmaris in Jun '06 and went to Marmaris beach everyday. It was shingle sand but was still really nice, and you had a sunbed anyway. It only cost 3 turkish lira for a sunbed, which is about £1.20 and you had an umbrella in case it got too hot! The sea was really clear, if you need any... more
