If you are spending time in Simferopol, there aren't many tourist attractions so you can probably visit them all and this is one of them. If you want to visit before heading onto Yalta or elsewhere in Crimea, you can easily take a taxi to downtown walk around the downtown area a little, eat something, visit this musuem and then... More
