If you are looking for a beautiful arts and heritage escape after seeing the very modern Dubai, Sharjah is your place to feel this beautiful spirit.
The heritage area is one of my favorite place here in UAE. Also you can feel people here are more calm and nicer. Sharjah Art Museum is your place if you want to see...

The advantage of Sharjah is that in one day you can visit many museums with fine art. No crowd, very kind assistance by the museum staff. A perfect alternative for those bored with shopping malls.
