In two hours, we cooked five courses: chicken soup, spring rolls, papaya salad, fish in banana leaf, and eggplant in a clay pot. The teacher was fun and full of useful information, including tips on techniques and substitutions. Class was small and moved quickly. Good hands-on time with breaks for enjoying your creations. Must do in Hoi An.

Ms Hanh provided us with one of the most entertaining nights we had on our G Adventures tour. She remembered all of our names, including the more appropriate nicknames she made up for us!
