We really enjoyed our diving with Seastar http://www.aqabadivingseastar.com/. They have a partnership with the Alcazar hotel, and the diving club is part of the beautiful Club Murjan, a small private complex on the South beach of Aqaba. I came to relax and that is what I did. No crack of dawn departures to first on dive site.. No in Aqaba it is laid back diving.. just what the doctor ordered.. My girlfriend and I did our dinig with DIVEAQABA at the end of March 2009. Very highly recomended! It's run by Rod Abbortson, who if you you email DIVEAQABA will respond to you pretty much there and then. They use a boat, which means no lugging your gear into the sea while wearing it. We travelled around Jordan in August 2008 and spent our last week in Aqaba diving.
