The park is a lovely place for a Sunday stroll, or to have a take away lunch on the grass. The views offer great photo opportunities! We walked from Chinatown and back across to Pan Pacific Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. more

I found Yamashita Park to be really lovely. It is on the bay so there is a nice cool breeze, and there is a convenience store there that sells food, drinks, and even alcoholic drinks!
