I chanced upon Langkawi Yoga and took 3 lessons during my stay recently. Dorathy made lessons accessible but yet you still feel the effect of the exercise. The session was conducted in the morning (next to Lighthouse restaurant) and evenings, and you get to enjoy the seaside view while exercising. A good way to meet people too! more
