To be honest, does Georgetown, Penang really need a 60-storey skyscraper to be considered a city of substance or consequence? Strangely enough, KOMTAR (acronymn for Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak) used to be Malaysia's tallest building before the twin-towers of Petronas in Kuala Lumpur came into being.
