its the best hangout place for kuchingites on weekend where everyone gather and some jogging there. i used to hang out here every weekend back on 2005 with my fellow friends from venicx scooter club.

Wonderful Architecture building Astana… located just opposite side of Kuching waterfront. Night view is marvelous. It’s the official house of Sarawak Governor.

Astana (or Istana in Malay language means palace) was built by Charles Brooke, Sarawak second White Rajah in 1870, as a token of love to his beloved wife, Margerat.
