This church has seen some changes! Af one point it even housed an anti religious museum. Now it has been restored to being a church, but without worshippers, so is called a museum. At the ticket office we were a little confused between "museum" and "collonade" if you want to go in the church its the museum price and the... more

An absolutely lovely Cathedral with the best views of St. Petersburg anywhere. Well worth seeing if it Petersburg along with the Herimitage (absoutely amazing -- could spend over a week and not see everything) and the Peter and Paul fortress. more

No question the best church we went to in Russia. Worth the admission price and more. I would say you can spend from 2 to 5 hours here without getting bored. Great mosaic art all around. more
