The museum is one of the most inspiring art places in Samara. You will be amazed by the variety of art works from different time periods of not only Russian culture but of the world art culture as well. Big gray building of Samara regional art museum stays old and beautifu Kuibysheva street. Surprisingly good collection in regular exposition. Good exibition of Saint-Petersberg artist A. Ovsyanikov. He created collection specially for this museum. Good "realistic" paintings. Be careful in Samara's streets in thre early of winter.
