Any middle eastern country has bazaars and Medina is no exception. It is the usual range of clothes, nick-naks, fruit and veg mixed in with dates, perfumes and in the background jewellery shops. The Medina bazaars have been cut down in recent years as redevelopment has taken place.
Haggling is expected but pretty soon you find most of the stalls...
