Amazing place. Really the only thing worth doing in Guilin. Get to Yangshou and surrounding areas ASAP. Avoid the turtle show - very sad large turtles stuck on a table with tourists prodding them, shouting at them, sticking money on them, etc. Awful. more

Cave system is not that big and looks too artificial with all the pavements and lighting. Makes you feel like you are in Universal Studio./ more

The caves were amazing! The images in the stalactities and stalagmites are fascinating especially when they reflect their shadows on the water. more
