If you are going to the terracotta army you are in the right direction anyway. I found it nothing special, a few holes in the ground where the emperor justed to take a bath. A few hunderd year old/ new buildings/tempels around it. Maybe for people for who have never seen something like a chinese hotspring it is special. If... more

I had been looking forward to visiting Huaqing Hot Springs ever since I learnt about the history of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei. After reading some travel reviews I had mixed thoughts about spending time here, after all the Warriors was the main attraction we had travelled so far to view!.
