We were in Sapporo in January/February when there is heaps of snow. Poletown was a great place to go shopping or walk the distance to the park. It is warm and cosy when the weather outside is cold and snowy. We found a great Noodle Cafe to have lunch and the staff member was extremely helpful when selecting our order....
