We visited this shopping area after reading reviews that said it was a popular shopping area. There did not seem to be much shopping apart from souvenir shops. Most of the other shops were restaurants (that seemed a bit overpriced when we compare to similar restaurants outside the area) and Pachinko arcades. There is much better shoppign elsewhere!

Shop till you drop!! Although the majorities are drug stores and souvenirs stores. It’s a covered pedestrian walkway. 7-chome in totally so it’s a long walk if you check out every store. Generally speaking, the product and food these shops offered are cheaper than in the big department stores near-by and the quality is good. Also a lot of café...
