Just a short walk from the Odori Park. The Clock Tower is surrounded by modernized building but carefully preserved. Built in late 19th Century, an originally landmark of the former Sapporo Agricultural College. We went to the clock tower thinking it would be special (had a big icon on the map) and it looked just like a clock tower from an American church in a small American country town. This is probably why its special, but it's probably more interesting through non-western eyes. Have a look at the photos in other peoples reviews...

This relocated and rebuilt Clock Tower consists a small museum on the ground floor which is not really interesting. You will not miss much if you do not have chance to visit this place, though you can take some nice photos of the Clock Tower from outside
