Even for people in Kobe, this onsen area is the best place to visit while staying in Kobe. Although this is a bit far from center of Kobe, yet is worth streching out. It is one of the historic places in Kobe and locals in Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto visit for a day of onsen spa and sight seeing.
