Good to see the monument if you are in the area but nothing to really go out of your way for.there is also a Daimaru department store and a shopping arcade there. It's accessible by the JR line and Seishin Yamate subway. The stop is Shin Nagata.

Went there after it recently opened, nothing to really see except a big statue and a sea mall. Skip it.
