Good for eating food and just strolling through. Not very big. You only need 30 mins to walk explore and eat some street food.

very standard Chinatown. Lots of places for cheap noodles and standard souveniers. If you are in the area, stop by for lunch, but not worth an extra visit.
Do not waste time here if you have seen Chinatowns elsewhere. Way too crowded and the food sold is not the best example of chinese food.
more for local, not for me. But surrounding have a lot nice restaurant in the small line.
I have been going to a number of Chinatown such each San Fran, LA, Singapore, Bangkok, eg and Kobe Chinatown is the worst in term of the food. We have been to Chinatown easily about 30 times over the years at different times of the day.It is always clean., even the area where they sell fresh seafood. At night, it is brightly lit and has a lot of colorful and interesting decor. Always fun to visit. Lots of food choices as well.
