I do not find Greenbelt to have the best shopping in Metro Manila - it is too dispersed, whereas Robinsons (Place) Mall in Perdro Gil Street, Ermita is better laid out. If you are planning to visit Manila, Philippines and would want to have a great night, then go to Greenbelt.
