Very nice little zoo, perfect for younger guest to enjoy. Love the natural looking habitats and landscaping.

i really enjoy it im planning on taking my 2 little ones and i hope they will enjoy it as much as i do the staff r really nice and they respect people.

Not a full-blown zoo as you might expect in metropolitan areas. It's inexpensive and a nice walk, though. Probably just about right for children (and kids at heart) who can say they've seen many exotic animals. And, yes, feed the giraffe. Great photo op.

4 year old grandson loved the monkeys! The zoo was clean and the people were friendly.

Too small, many animals inside their homes. The refreshment stands were all closed and the bathrooms were not very clean

After going to Ft worth and Dallas zoo, it seemed like we were finished in about 30 minutes. We need to grow.

Great time, awesome prices. You can also purchase memberships for really cheap. My kiddo loved feeding the fish and the girraffes. Very relaxing atmosphere compared to the fortworth zoo that is very stressful, congested, and expensive however the abilene zoo is not even a tenth of the size of the a FW zoo. It's a small zoo but worth the visit. And you don't have to worry about long lines, bad parking, and walking until your feet fall off. You MUST feed the giraffes!

We didn't even know Abilene had a zoo. It's clean and well organized.
