My cousin and I visited Six Flags to "be a kid again" after many years. There is a large variety of rides, the staff was extremely helpful with advice and directions, and surprisingly, the lines to the rides were short. They currently have a promotion allowing everyone admission for a child's price. This part of the country is HOT during... more

We went to Six Flags Arlington on a Tuesday morning, June 16. We got there right after they opened at 10:30am. Parking is $15. We had seen the TV commercials for "everyone pays kids' price", but that is NOT TRUE. You have to bring a Coke can or you have to pay the full price, $53.00 each, which we had... more

My family went over Memorial Day Weekend 05/23/09-05/24/09. We got two day tickets using an on-line discount I found for $49.95 each ticket. I was kind of dreading it because I haven't been in years and the last time we went it was so crowded it was miserable. WHAT A GREAT SUPRISE! It wasn't busy at all. We went from... more

My husband and daughter attempted a vist to the Six Flags during our week long trip to Texas over her sprink break. With the weather being questionable, we waited until they were leaving to order tickets online. A lady in the hotel office who just came from the park (still holding cups and amusement park gear in hand) told us... more

Because we had other things we had to fit in to our schedule we chose to purchase season passes which allowed us to not fill pressured to get everything in on one visit to the park. We are out of state so the tickets were more reasonable. The convenience of ordering online was nice, but having to pay to print... more

My wife grew up in Dallas and had a lot of fond memories of Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas. Oh my, what a waste. They only had two of the major rides open (Titan and Sidewinder) and a couple of lesser rides (mostly in the kiddie land area). Beyond that, all you could do were the... more

We recently took our Youth Group to Six Flags. Oh My Goodness, what a dump. I cannot believe how the park has just gone to the dogs. I am trying to be nice, but the truth is the truth. The parking is rediculous, but we did get "preferred" parking and the $20.00 was worth it to us. Plus, they did... more

Alright, so I live in Texas, and I can tell you now, theres not a lot to do here, besides sweat. But Six Flags Over Texas is great for anyone. I was terrified of roller coasters, and by the time I road The Texas Giant, I was ready for all of them, I did my home work on roller coasters... more
