This was a hysterical satire on Texas--as well as the united States. It is a great way to spend the evening. Be prepared to be part of the show if you sit close to the fron!
Esther's Follies is alway a welcome comic relief in a serious world. The shows were updated and hillarious! For the money, there are few places one can go and have this much fun! Go early and get a good seat - it is always crowded.
I love politics, so my friends knew this would be a great addition to my bachelorette party on 6th Street. The magic tricks were great and the political skits were way better than anything you see on Saturday Night Live. It is a fast-paced show, so you never get bored. The audience interaction was hilarious! The back of the stage... More
For an evening of truly unique and highly professional magic, singing and fun, this fast-paced Austin treasure is not to be missed. Topical skits skewer politIcians, the famous and not-so-famous and nowhere else is "Keep Austin Weird" so honored! The audience is often part of the show (if you don't want to be, then don't sit too close to the... More
Hilarious entertainment for our entire family (ages 20 - 60). Never a dull moment, show moves rapidly from sketch to sketch. Even intermission is short. You never lose interest. Incredibly fast paced, hilarious show! Unlike anything I have ever seen. Went with a group of friends and we all thought this was fabulous. Quick witted and not to be missed! Our favorite Austin attraction by far.

Very entertaining! Quite a combo of musical theater, magic, and political and social humor. Definately a must see if in downtown Austin. It's a nice change from just prowling 6th street, listening to bands and drinking beer. Love how they incorporate the windows onto 6th street into their act too. Be aware that it is NOT a show for children... More
