My husband and I live in the area and had been looking forward to seeing the Memorial. I'd actually seen the Memorial pop up on TripAdvisor while planning our trip to Virginia, and decided to add a visit to our agenda; Washington is a hero of mine, but my husband and I also have an interest in architecture. Very Informative. Tours are giving by Freemasons so any question you may have about the Craft they are more than willing to Answer. Lots of Items on display from Washingtons days as a Mason. They even have his Lodge Chair and the clock that his doctor stopped at the time of his death. Great gift shop for memorobilia and Masonic... more
